Returns

We will accept returns of new, unopened puzzles within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please note that we can only issue a refund if the item is returned to us in new, unopened condition. The inner bag must be unopened and the outer box seal sticker must be intact. 

To request a refund, please email us at cs@andrewsblaine.com with "Returns" in the subject line. In your email, please be sure to include the following information:

  • Your original order number
  • The title of the puzzle you are returning
  • The reason for your return
  • Your shipping address

Once we receive your email, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please pack your return carefully so that it arrives to us without damage. Once we receive your item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, minus the return shipping charge. 

 

Damage/Defects

If you find any issues with your puzzle, please email us at cs@andrewsblaine.com and we'll get back to you right away.


International Shipping

Please note that depending on your shipping address, orders shipped outside the United States may incur customs fees.
